A classic case
For one client in Michigan, we procured a used eight-head filler and restored it to full functionality, including new controls, air system components and hardware.
When our technician, David, arrived on site for commissioning, he discovered that the valve bodies were improperly sized: the components had been delivered with specifications that didn’t match what arrived.
David located a qualified machine shop an hour away, had the parts corrected, and still finished the commissioning on schedule.
Coding and Marking Systems
Date and lot coding problems have a way of stopping lines that are otherwise running fine, and many coding systems require a manufacturer’s service contract just to stay in operation. BestCode printers are different: user-serviceable by design, maintained by your own operators, with our training behind them.
PESCO services and supports coding and marking equipment, and when replacement makes sense, we supply and integrate BestCode systems, including direct food contact printing with food-grade inks for producers who mark the product itself, not just the package.
