Our terms and conditions help us maintain our guarantees and commitments so we can deliver quality service and value to you.

Estimates and Quotes:

Estimates are issued based on the information provided at the time of estimate generation. To formalize an estimate into an accurate quotation, all project requirements and details must be reviewed in full. For some projects, such as rebuilds and retrofits, physical in-person inspections may be necessary. Changes in the scope of work after a quote has been created and accepted may result in a change in the final invoice amount.

Service Rates:

Customers maintaining a qualifying maintenance service program will receive a discount on the rates listed. The amount of the discount can be found in your maintenance service contract. If you have a repeating need or a long-term project, please contact us for an accurate, project-based quote.

General Tools:

It is expected that common tools and a workspace will be provided as needed for work to be performed. For customers within driving distance, we will bring tools with us to the worksite at no additional charge. For customers outside of driving distance, tools can be brought at the added expense of the luggage surcharge. This will be covered during quoting.

Utilities:

We are not licensed plumbers or electricians, nor are we authorized to perform facilities work. It is necessary that facilities utility connections be made in advance to the service disconnects, valves, or plugs near the equipment prior to our arrival.

If there is any conflict between the quotation or service contract and the below standard Terms and Conditions, the terms of the quotation or service contract shall control.
