Vertical Filling and Sealing Pouch Machine
The GP3000 is a Compact Vertical Form fill and seal pouch machine that is used to package nutraceutical and pharmaceutical products such as; liquids, lotions, multivitamins, candy, teas, spices, powders, medical and dental products and a multitude of applications requiring 4 sided seals. The GP3000 is capable of forming a pouch with preprinted flexible material on one or two sides (back and front 2 side registration). It is an intermittent type pouch packing machine that can be integrated with a wide variety of filling machines such as; liquid fillers, powder fillers, tablet feeders, etc. With the GP3000 having a small form factor you will be able to install several into a small room given the application.

Machine Specifications and Features
Machine Frame is manufactured from 304 stainless steel.
The tooling plates are machined from T6061 plate stock then black anodized.
Safety doors are made from high scratch resistant Plexiglas material and have CAT 3 safety interlock switches for operator protection.
The machine can be used in a Class 100 environment.
Many parts of the GP3000 components are off the shelf purchased items.
